Very knowledgeable of their product and helpful too! Very easy product to configure for customized file sends, and it works well!

Sinosend works great, its very simple to use and does what it should, reliably, with nice additions of tagging files which helps with organizing.
The only thing i dont really like is:
1) Loading times for shared links - its not terrible or super bad, but it is slow compared to other services, when a user lands on your shared links to download theres a loading animation before the page loads and it takes a bit too long in my personal opinion, although its for sure not a deal breaker, but it is something i hope will be improved in the future

1) The UI - it feels a bit dated and bland in my opinion, looking at other services such as wetransfer, their UI feels more polished and modernized with a more premium touch in terms of animations/color scheme/ UI layout and overall feel, i hope this improves in the future, both on the client side for downloading pages and the dashboard itself, but its low priority

Overall I definnitely recommend Sinosend, its been reliable and trustworthy so far,

I’m really happy with my purchase of Sinosend. I regularly need to send large files to clients and colleagues, and this has made the whole process much easier. Uploads are fast, sharing links is simple, and I like that recipients don’t need to create an account just to download files. The interface is clean, reliable, and easy to navigate, even for first-time users. I’d happily recommend Sinosend to anyone looking for a simple, reliable file-sharing tool.

I've been surprisingly shocked at how nice the upload process was and how easy it is to share folders of content and smooth the delivery-confirmation-tracking-emails automatically trackwhen people have downloaded the files.

it has already been helpful for delivering some files to a client when they asked if I had sent the link yet... Implying they had been waiting a week.... and I was able to show them a screenshot of when they had opened my email, with their device type and city...

They recognized "oh yeah, you did send the files already" which is great for saving face and not accepting blame when it's not my blame to take

So from a client file deliver standpoint, I'm stoked.

I'm contemplating upgrading to the unlimited folder transfer level because I send video projects upwards of 250+GB with raw Sony fx6 mxf files and the 100gb per transfer limit is challenging.

Sinosend offers almost all the functionality and then some you'd expect from the major players in the market such as WeTransfer and all at a fraction of the cost.

Sending files is smooth and straightforward and the file request feature is equally excellent and that makes it easy to collect files from others. So far I haven't experienced any bugs, issues or other negative aspects.

The only area I'd like to see improved is the customization of the file upload/download page. The available customization options are quite limited and even with the available settings it's difficult to achieve a modern looking design.

I highly recommend Sinosend to anyone who regularly uses Wetransfer or similar file-sharing services. It delivers excellent value and can save you a significant amount of money.
