After several real-world tests with large video transfers (8 GB, 18 GB, and over 26 GB with hundreds of files), I wanted to leave an honest review of Sinosend.

I normally use professional transfer platforms like FromSmash for video production, event delivery, and client work, so I wasn’t looking for “just another cheap transfer tool.” I needed something capable of handling real production workloads.

What I liked:

* Very stable uploads, even with huge transfers
* Surprisingly good transfer speeds in Europe
* Clean and professional interface
* Excellent branding customization for client deliveries
* Integrated video/audio previews work really well
* Fast downloads with very little friction
* Handles hundreds of files without the interface feeling unstable
* The client experience feels far more premium than I expected from an AppSumo product

One thing I especially appreciated is that the delivery page feels more like a professional studio delivery portal than just “here’s a ZIP file.”

Things to keep in mind:

* Long-term stability still needs to be proven
* Some US-based reviews mention inconsistent speeds depending on the region
* It’s probably not yet at the “enterprise infrastructure” level of long-established platforms like Dropbox or WeTransfer

That said, after real production-style testing, I’m genuinely impressed.

For video creators, editors, agencies, or studios regularly sending large files, Sinosend is absolutely worth testing.

The developer also seems responsive and genuinely invested in the product, which is reassuring for a growing platform.

Actually, there's nothing to dislike about Sinosend. I think that it should be a keep-it-forever kind of product on the list. AppSumo has many great programs, some good programs, and a couple of not-so-greats. This only falls in the great program because it's easy to use. The support system provided is superb, I find myself using it very often. If you can get it, I would. Not a long review, but that's my feeling.

Sinosend has quickly become an essential part of my workflow, and it more than earns its 5 tacos. The upload and download speeds are genuinely fast, and being able to choose from multiple storage regions makes a real difference when working with international clients. The China corridor especially is a game-changer for anyone in global trade.

What sold me beyond the core product is the branding. Setting up my logo, custom background, and a branded domain took just a few clicks and instantly made my file transfers look far more professional than what I was getting from the usual alternatives. The analytics and tracking features are the cherry on top. Knowing exactly who accessed my files and when gives me a level of control I didn't realize I was missing.

But honestly, the biggest surprise has been the customer support. Rishi and the founder team are incredibly responsive, genuinely care about user feedback, and actively push out improvements based on what customers ask for. It's rare to deal directly with a founder who is this attentive, and it shows in how quickly the platform has evolved.

If you send files for work, especially across borders, this is an easy recommendation. Great product, great team, great value. Highly recommend grabbing the deal. I maxed out with all 8 licenses. Just consider the fees that DocuSign or other platforms charge. With the customization available with Sinosend, its a no-brainer.

After some research on whether to choose an HK or Dubai server, I went with the HK one to cater to both Asia and the West. The speed is great throughout Asia, and I hope my customers in the US and EU have a similar experience (though I haven't tested it there yet).

I enjoy the analytics feature with notifications, which gives me control over who accesses my files, and when and where they are accessed. The founder is open to suggestions and has a positive attitude. I hope Sinosend lasts for a long time!

I purchased two accounts at the highest tier and started testing in America region ( I’m located in Canada), expecting a premium experience. My experience so far has been very good. But i am still waiting for the tags update so we can organize our transfers.

I spent considerable time with owner Rishi trying to upload various file types and sizes (all was good). Rishi was able to troubleshoot effectively!
