I love it, but there is no support at all. I sent two messages on their live chat and have not received a response in over four days.

I like it.

I first gave the free version a try and it seems good. Very clean interface and easy to understand.
I've decided to give site behaviour a go and i've purchased a tier 2 plan.
I like the site funnels, heatmaps and recordings, and i look forward to testing out more features like the custom board setups.
I tested the rage click for fun and yes this is useful feature.
overall i think its a simple, easy to understand analytics kit but only time will tell if it matures.
i'm giving site behaviour a good 40 days before i decide if its a keeper or not. I certainly hope so as i do want site behaviour to succeed.
Support ticket i opened was slow in terms of responese however the founder could not have been more polite or supportive.
I think some reviewers are being too hard on site behaviour, and expecting instant replies and instant updates. The fact is it takes time implement fixes, updates and add new features so give the dev team a bit of space to work.

One of the worst in terms of support and, in areas buggy or unusable

The user interface is nice and easy to navigate, but I'm really disappointed with the lack of support. I sent emails about bugs through their system, but received no response. I also reported a bug here on AppSumo, but never got a reply. It looks like no questions have been answered since November 9th, and they seem to only respond to reviews now. Additionally, there's a note saying they'll fix the heatmaps "in a few days," but that has been there for over a month. Given these issues, I'm worried about the future of this app and will likely request a refund.

Nice looking but that's it

The product is visually appealing and fairly well-designed. It provides some insights that you’d typically get from Google Analytics, though fewer in number and with fewer options. However, it’s much easier to use and more accessible. This makes it a decent choice when working with clients—it’s great for showing them data in a simplified way, giving them access to understand user flows and get a glimpse of user behavior.

That said, there’s a significant downside: when I purchased the deal, the website mentioned that the heatmap issue for sites behind Cloudflare or Shopify would be resolved within 2 days. Then, the timeline changed to "a few days," and now it’s been 3 months with no updates. Messages sent via the site’s chat are marked as "seen," but I’ve received no response. That's is unacceptable.

It’s very disappointing that communication is this poor, especially since the product showed promise early on. Unfortunately, this lack of responsiveness raises concerns about whether the company will last or simply disappear.

Avoid.
