i have tried many web analytics in appsumo and i find this one to be the best in terms of features and price

I’ve been struggling with Google Analytics for a long time. While it’s powerful, it always felt overly complicated: tons of reports, too many settings, and honestly, I’d end up wasting hours just trying to figure out what the data actually meant.

When I started looking for an easier alternative, it came down to two options: Visitor Tracking and SiteBehaviour. Both looked good on paper, but after exploring their features and testing the demos, I decided to go ahead with SiteBehaviour and I’m so glad I did!

Feature-wise, it gives me exactly what I need without the overwhelm. The dashboards are clean, the insights are easy to understand, and I finally feel like I can track user behavior without feeling lost. I will highly recommend to explore the demo which they have on the website.

The setup was smooth, but I had a minor hiccup opening their portal and their support team was quick to help me out and even guided me on how to best use the features. They were patient, quick to respond, and genuinely cared about helping me get started the right way. That kind of support makes a huge difference when you’re learning a new tool.

If you’ve ever felt lost in Google Analytics or struggled to get meaningful data, I highly recommend giving SiteBehaviour a try. Their features, support, and overall experience are unmatched.

The amount of accurate and detailed information it provides is wonderful and extremely valuable for me and my clients.
What I personally love the most is the session replay feature. I’ve never been a fan of maps, but session replay has been a wonderful experience and I LOVE it so much, it gives me clear insights into how visitors interact with my site, which allows me to adjust my content to better match their needs. The fact that bots are excluded makes the data even more reliable.

The design is also worth mentioning: sleek, clean, and very user-friendly. It’s a pleasure to use, thanks to UI/UX designer.

At first, I was a bit worried after seeing some negative comments about support, but my experience has been the complete opposite. The support has been incredibly responsive, helpful, and detailed in their answers, NO quick answers and NO canned replies.

Overall, I’m extremely satisfied with SiteBehaviour and I’m already planning to purchase more tiers because of the value it brings to my business. Highly recommended! from someone who RARELY review.

First of all, I'm going to address their support because I've noticed on the reviews that this is one of the biggest downsides. What I can say is that I've contacted support five times and in every instance they have responded within 24 hours giving me exact instructions on how to do what I need to do and they have been super super helpful so I can assure you that their support has improved. I just hope that this continues and this is not just a campaign support. The app itself is incredible. It works wonders. It tracks everything I needed to track. And honestly, I am so happy that I purchased this app. I just hope that the longevity lasts that they're able to build on that MRR for the longevity of the products but the team seems really good and and while I've only just started using the app, I can attest to it being very good and the support has been great. The only thing I think that could be better is if they had some videos to show you how to actually go through certain processes that would be really helpful. But aside from that if you contact their support they do give you step-by-step instructions on how to do things so I can't complain too much about that since they've addressed everything that I've needed help with, but that is probably the only thing no I think could help a lot of people his video tutorials because video tutorials really really do help. But at the same time as the app develops things change so I can understand why sometimes these are not the most viable option. Thank you to the team for bringing this hat back. I am so happy I got it.

I really don't understand the negative reviews. Maybe the support is a bit slow to respond, but the tool itself is top-notch. While other tracking tools with recording features noticeably slow down the site, the SiteBehaviour script only uses 17 KB.
