Q: Pay for the Product and Pay for Storage and Pay a Commission rate?
I wanted to make sure I understand your payment plan. Not only do you pay a one time up front cost for the software, but you also charge a percentage for comission and there is another charge to store video content? I must not have something right. Thanks.
Can I upload files to go along with the courses, and what are the limitations?

A: Hello you can upload resources and exercise files to go along with courses of course. We do not put limitations on it. You can also put links to google drive documents which is easier to maintain and can potentially be better for very large files like raw video footage or something like this.
Q: I'm currently doing my first course - I think I want to upgrade to next tier.
Just a quick one here, I have tier one and I think I want tier two while the deal is on to match my intended use. How do I upgrade and pay the difference to tier 2. Does it automatically know I have already purchased and calculates it at check out? Or do I need to contact come directly at sumo to do this? Thanks

1) For this, I would like to control who can access which module at any given time. Is that possible? (I guess a workaround could be to create a different course for each module, but that would create a lot of clutter, so I'd prefer not).
