Great question — and you’re absolutely right about where the market is heading.

At the moment, intent-based lead sourcing via brand or keyword mentions (tracking conversations across social platforms, communities, or AI engines and converting them into warm outbound opportunities) is not currently on the SmartLeads roadmap.

SmartLeads today is intentionally focused on doing one thing extremely well:
➡️ high-performance outbound prospecting, enrichment, and activation workflows.

That said, we closely watch how users want to evolve their prospecting strategies. If we start seeing strong demand and repeated requests from the Sumoling community for a Mentions/Intent feature, it’s definitely something we would evaluate and potentially prioritize in future development cycles.
