Q: Tier 2 + adding on limited services?

Hello. I purchased tier 2 a while ago. Now that the deal is sold out, is there a way to add chatbots to the service package as a smaller monthly add-on rather than paying as if it were an entirely new full subscription? Or what are my options?

Q: Why do ads keep popping up? How can I stop them from appearing?

Why do ads keep popping up? I find them quite distracting and would like to understand the reasons behind their frequent appearance. How can I stop them from appearing on my device or while browsing websites? Are there any effective methods or tools to block these ads permanently?

Q: Hi, I upgraded on Appsumo from the Tier 3 to Tier 4 package in order to use the AI features.

But anytime I click on the AI button to use an AI feature, I get a paywall requesting me to upgrade before I can get access. I have no access to any of the Tier 4 features.

1. Why?
2. How can I get customer support to resolve this please?

A: You have to use the AI feature directly in the Smart Inbox, as you only have the AI available in the Smart Inbox for Tier 4 and 5.

Q: SMS-IT

Hi
I purchased Tier4. when I opened sms-it now (after not looking at it for few months), I noticed that I cannot by-pass the Action Required: Regulatory Compliance Fee window without paying. May I know the reason for this please? Does this mean we can no longer use SMS-IT if we dont pay the monthly fee???

Q: Has the team considered redesigning the "Cancel" button?

I have purchased a lifetime plan, and I noticed that the "Cancel" button is very prominently placed on the homepage. This positioning can easily lead users to accidentally click it, which could jeopardize our lifetime subscription. Will the team consider reviewing and possibly redesigning this button to prevent user confusion?
