Q: Can I manage incoming phone calls?

First of all: is it possible to connect any SIM card of any country (e.g.Austria)?
Once connected? Can I "manage" incoming calls to that number and can I continue using my mobile phone with the same SIM card? What I mean with manage: e.g. create a system where the customer will choose the reason for his call and upon this the phone call will be forwarded to my mobile phone and or to another employee?

A: Yes, you can connect a SIM card from any country, including Austria, as long as it supports standard GSM networks.

At this time, you can only make and receive calls using any of our 8 supported gateway providers for voice calls. SIM cards and BulkGate (one of our 9 gateways) are not currently supported for voice calling — they are used solely for messaging.

Regarding call management, once you're connected through a supported voice gateway, you can set up interactive call flows (e.g., press 1 for support, 2 for sales), and route incoming calls to your mobile phone or other team members based on the caller's selection.

If you're looking to use your existing SIM number, we recommend porting the number into one of our supported gateways to take full advantage of our call features.

Let us know if you’d like help setting up a voice gateway or configuring call routing!

Q: Doubts about the roadmap.

Hi,
I would be interested in your product, I am interested in the "philosophy" behind companies and I have many doubts.
To the negative reviews, you have responded in a similar way, sometimes inappropriate or annoyed.
I repeat a question, but please do not respond as other times, citing recent improvements and updates.
The website shows the state of the company, so I ask you again:
What is the purpose of your roadmap stuck in 2023?
We do not know what has been done, what needs to be done, what will actually be done.
It serves to create confusion in the buyer, to hide your real activity which, according to what some of your users have written, is intrusive and aimed at upselling.
I do not want to talk about the labyrinth of pricing policy, it reminds one of Knossos.
This is from some reviews.
Thanks for the answer.

A: Thank you for your thoughtful message — we genuinely appreciate your interest and your candid feedback.

You’re absolutely right to question the roadmap’s status. We made a strategic decision to stop publicly updating the roadmap in 2023 due to frequent copycat behavior from competitors. Many of our innovations were being replicated before we could even fully release them, which impacted our competitive edge.

That said, development has never stopped — in fact, our pace has accelerated significantly. We continue to roll out major improvements weekly, and all active users benefit from these enhancements in real time. Our internal roadmap is robust, but we now focus on execution-first, rather than promoting what’s coming.

We understand that this may create some uncertainty for potential buyers, and we’re actively working on a more transparent yet secure way to communicate upcoming features without compromising our innovation.

If you'd like, we can share recent updates or connect you with a member of our team for a one-on-one walkthrough to help clarify what’s live and what’s next — no fluff, just facts.

Thanks again for holding us accountable.

Q: Agency?

1. Where can I find out more about how I could use this for my agency, create and have access to sub accounts, and just pay for the sub accounts myself?
2. Is there a cost for work flows
3. If i connect a sim card, does that mean I don't have to worry about credits or connecting to my twilio?
4. What are the email limits? Does email only connect via smtp or can I use sendgrid?
5. What is the social media library. Can I create content for one sub account and copy it to use it in other sub accounts? Or can each sub account just pull from the same social media library?
6. Do the voice mails/or voice drops require that you are calling a cell phone in order to leave the message?
7. Do you have a website chat widget? If so, does it send a text to the business owner when someone tries to chat, or is it just and ai bot.

A: Thank you for your interest! Here’s a detailed breakdown of your agency-related questions:

1. Agency Use & Sub-Accounts
You can learn more about using SMS-iT for your agency, creating sub-accounts, and managing them under your main account here:
👉 [Reseller Program Training Portal](https://training.smsit.ai/categories/reseller-program)

2. Workflow Automation Cost

4. Email Limits & SMTP
Email sending has no limitations. You can use SMTP, SendGrid, or any compatible email provider of your choice.

5. Social Media Library Access
Our Social-iT tool (social media library and scheduler) is not included in LTD plans. Content cannot be shared across sub-accounts unless they are manually duplicated.

6. Voicemail / Voice Drops
We offer both:

Ringless voice drops, which don’t require a call.
Voice broadcast, which does require calling.

7. Website Chat Widget
Yes, we offer a chat widget called Chat-iT. It includes both AI bot functionality and can send real-time text alerts to the business owner when someone initiates a chat.

Q: Tier 3

To be clear, with Tier 3 100,000 credit, each of my subaccount/clients will have unlimited credit, is that correct?

A: Each of your clients using a Standalone Sub-Account will need a separate monthly plan, which is why they receive unlimited credits. However, if you choose to create Collaborative Accounts (which are free and meant for internal team use), those accounts will share credits from your main Tier 3 plan.

Let me know if you'd like help choosing the best setup for your use case!
