Thanks for your response. However, there is no chat widget, not now, and not when I had the problem. And there is no location on the site while logged in that provides documentation or a link to your support email.
I don't think so, the chat tab is there for more than 3 years now (bottom right of the screen), it never changed, and we receive regular and different daily requests via the chat tab as well. You can also check the page smtping.com/contact and the FAQ inside the dashboard. Do you have any request that I can help with?
hi, if there a way to recover histroy of verification, I have been using it and when I try to check the history of all my verifications, I sadly find out that there is no history of any of them. Is there any way to recover them? any support email beside the chat?
Hi, you software did not work for 2-3 days to validate. Then your site has been white for another 3 days after that. Can you fix this issue and reply and chat please?
