Q: Email categorisation and routing
Hello,
Is it possible to categorize or move already received emails into folders, or does this feature apply only to new incoming emails?
And what are the differences between AI training and custom AI training?

Jan 8, 2026A: Currently, the product only monitors incoming emails, not past emails. But categorizing past emails is on the roadmap. As of now, you can kind of achieve it by setting Snoooz to monitor a custom folder, and then you drop the email to that folder and Snoooz will process it. See this article:

AI training and custom AI training is basically described by Appsumo, but in our terms it means, in basic tiers you can train using FAQs and PDFs, and with custom training you can train AI using website, CSV and more options.
