Oct 20, 2025A: Hello 👋
Thank you for your interest in Snoooz :)
We’re not designed to replace Gmail or Outlook, but rather to integrate seamlessly with them, so you can continue using your preferred email client as usual.
That said, we do not offer a shared inbox feature like Frontapp.
However, you can connect multiple inboxes, and Snoooz can monitor all of them—automatically replying, drafting, sorting, and routing incoming emails based on your rules, prompts, and company data.
You can also add a human-like response delay to ensure your replies feel natural and don’t come across as robotic.
If you need a demo of Snoooz, please book a call with our team using this link:

Victoria
Do you have the all the above? If not what are the confirmed functions?
Can users be free @gmail users and manage send from alias?
Are both outlook and Gmail both managed inside Snoooz?
Yes, free gmail users, or paid users, both can use the app. You can connect both gmail and outlook under the same Snoooz account, and based on your rules, it can auto-reply, draft, and label emails for you.
How does this work with Missive, can you integrate with Missive? How can I view the outgoing emails from Snoooz on my own email application?
Hi Noah,
While we haven’t specifically tested it with Missive, it should work fine since we integrate directly with your inbox. We use native Google and Outlook APIs—and SMTP for other email clients—to send replies, so you should see those messages in your Sent folder.
Best,
Victoria
Can this work with Google alias? Can it self learn from email history to be better and sharper? Does this work retrospectively or only moving forward emails?
I would like the CS agent to confirm before sending the email out and this draft should show up in Missive but drafted by Snoooz, any suggestions?
Let me answer these questions:
1. Yes we support Google alias. You can set a rule, "Message: To Recipient or Alias" and set it to your alias. When an email is sent to that alias, this rule will trigger and reply as per your settings.
2. Not yet, but we are working on building it this way.
3. Moving forward, once you enable it.
4. Yes, you can set the action on the rule to "Draft".
