Q: Moving emails

At work we use Outlook 365, we each have a personal email folder, then we have a second folder called Admin, in the Admin folder we store all client emails under a folder with their name. Would Snoooz be able to recognise the names and move the emails between folders? Thanks!

A: Hello,

It may require a few steps, but it is possible. Everything is configured on the rule level. So, you will need to add a rule for each client. On the rule, you can specify which label / folder to move the email to.

When an email comes from a specific customer, it can move the email to that folder. If the folder does not exist, it can also create it within Outlook.
