Can you define this 'Reporting and analytics'? How can I measure the response time of each CS agent base on this?
Which plan is this map to on the public website?
How can this work out of the box with other email clients applications?

Our reporting is basic at the moment, where it can tell you which emails were responded/drafted, which rule was used, how much time was saved, etc.
We do have plans to add more reports, can you describe what you are looking for exactly?
1. What do you mean by response time by each CS agent? Would you like Snoooz to run a report on replies that were sent manually? Please describe.
2. The deal on Appsumo is mapped to the PRO plan on our website.

Yes I am looking for reports on the number emails were:
1) replied by AI or by human
2) drafted by AI or by human
For example I have SLA promise to my customer that I will reply to all emails within 1 hour. I need to show evidence for @domain.com it is within SLA.
