Q: Respond to a Reply email?
Interesting product. Works well. I have tier 1, and have a few questions before I upgrade.
Is the program able to respond to a reply email? The AI generated response works good when responding to an initial email, but it does not respond when I reply to that email. Is this function available, or are there any plans for this feature in the near future?
I see mention of a future knowledgebase. Do you have an ETA on that?

Currently, Snoooz is designed to respond to the initial email in a thread, primarily to inform the sender that you are out of office. However, we are considering adding a feature that allows for follow-up replies in the future. As for the knowledge base feature, it's almost ready and will be released this coming week. This new feature will allow you to add FAQs, PDF documents, and Intercom articles to train the AI for more customized responses.
