Q: "Smart Rules" - are apparently static and not smart. Right?

Hello,
The website https://snoooz.ai/email-automation advertises that one can work with “Smart Rules.” But not a single (?) example shown seems to use AI.
Apparently, we can’t train the AI using the emails either.

For example, we already have 5 project folders in our inbox.
Now, we don’t want to create a “Smart Rule” that moves an email to the “Project A” folder if the email body contains the term “Project A” anywhere - we can do that in Outlook too 😉

Instead: We’d like to train snoooz.ai as follows:
“Analyze all emails in the ‘Project A’ folder so we can create a rule that will, with a high degree of probability, automatically moves new emails related to Project A in the correct folder.”

Is that possible?

Thanks a lot, kind regards,
Thomas

A: Hey Thomas,
Thanks for pointing that out. Clearly our product has evolved faster than our marketing website, so we will get that updated.
So, smart rules are AI based rules and they can be triggered based on the AI detected category, sentiment, language, and many other factors.

You can create custom categories based on prompts, and then AI can match each email to one of your categories, and then a rule can be added, if the category is support, put in my support folder, if its about new leads, sales, put in my sales folder and so on.

We have a 30 min course you can watch when you sign up, and you can also book a call with our team and they can advise you how to setup Snoooz for your use case.

We also have MCP server, so you can connect to Claude and have it setup the app for you.

Hope this helps!
Victoria
