I've been trying to find a tool to help me manage my inbox for a year or two now, to no avail 🙃 I wanted something that could "cascade" filters (i.e. if something matches Filter 1, stop; otherwise, continue to Filter 2, and so on), and many promised something like that, but didn't deliver

Folks... Snoooz delivered!!! 🤯

Since I've tried so many other options, I wasn't expecting much. I went into my insane Albato automation that was currently doing the job (kind of), duplicated the filters I had in there as Snoooz Rules, and crossed my fingers. And then it worked!

I recommend NOT having Snoooz move emails out of the inbox right away. Give it a few days, maybe a week, to leave things in the inbox with labels and make sure everything's functioning correctly. Keep updating your Rules until you feel everything's labeled the way it should be, then start changing whichever Rules you want to over to Move actions in addition to labeling, so that they're archived out of the inbox and into the label folders. Then, enjoy a dreamy inbox! 🤩

The Snoooz team is great, too. The AI helpdesk bot actually did help, and human support was quick to jump in to make sure I'd gotten my questions answered. I'm only using Snoooz for inbox organization, rather than AI replies, so I can't speak to that part, but I really love it for my Inbox Zero goals! Highly recommend
