I purchased Snoooz the last time it was on AppSumo. I set it up, tested it, and put it aside because I could not figure out how to use it across all my organizational accounts to have distinct rules and settings.

Fast forward to now and I am so excited! I met with Cheetos today and they now have a manual way to separate my accounts and are developing a longer-term solution as they learn from users to ensure it meets our needs.

I now have a straightforward solution that does everything I need. For comparison, in February I ended up building a custom tool using n8n that classified and drafted emails based on the categories, etc. However, that required so much energy and effort to build and maintain that I knew it was not sustainable, but it worked well enough. Now with Snoooz, I can easily update and make changes as necessary. I am really looking forward to their API and webhooks roll out (see their regularly updated roadmap) so we can integrate it with Dialora and some other tools.

All in all, this is a stress reliever for small business owners and nonprofits. As with all tools, there is an investment in learning how the system works. However, if you understand "if, then" logic or have used automation tools like Pabbly, Zapier, Make, etc., then you will be up and running quickly. Additionally, you can schedule time to get some help because customer service is amazing.

What would make this completely indispensable is if there was a centralized inbox across all emails on an account to review, revise and send drafted emails right from Snoooz - I added this to the features request and am hoping this is possible 🤞🏾.
