Snoooz is worth giving a real shot
We run a small digital marketing studio with a mix of client inboxes, shared accounts, and a few “black hole” emails that no one wants to touch (support@, hello@, etc.). Keeping up with all of that was a nightmare — messages would get missed, and no one really knew who replied to what.
I actually stumbled onto Snoooz a few weeks ago, while looking for a better way to handle inboxes without moving to some heavy CRM system. Setting it up took a bit of tinkering at first (connecting IMAP accounts and setting a few rules), but once it was done, it felt like magic.
The workspaces feature is what really sold it for us — we have one workspace for client accounts, another for internal ops, and it just keeps everything clean. Our team now gets AI-generated draft replies that actually sound human (not robotic templates), and the best part is, we can train it gradually to match our tone.
Support has also been surprisingly personal — I dropped them a message about one account not syncing properly, and someone from their team hopped on a quick call to walk me through it. That level of attention is rare these days, specially for LTDs.
We’re still early in using it, but I can already see how this will save us hours every week.
