Customer support is very slow as well. I bought this years ago on Appsumo, then I try to use it and remembered why I stop using it. It's very tiring having to post and repost to hopefully get it to work.
After struggling with Social Bee since 2019, am giving up. This app likely works if you have an assistant that can learn its tricky processes and features.
For instance, I never found a way to upload blog post links and images, into a "library" so they're easily pulled to create different versions of post copy. While you can create variations when you first upload a link and image, later you have to start all over again.
Social Bee's analytics are frustrating and not understandable. Support is okay but they told me to use a spreadsheet to upload many links/images at once. I want an app to do that work.
They had a *time between posts* feature that appeared when you're uploading posts.
The feature sat there, visible but NOT usable, for over a year. When I asked when it would be available, they said they were busy with other work. Then they released a social media training program instead.
Every training video I found was at least 1 hour long. I suggest they create 2- 3 min. training videos, like other apps do.
I've been an active user of Hootsuite for my clients since 2012 so switching to another SMM tool was quite a difficult task as I've got an automated system using zapier..
What got me interest bu socialbee is its different approach on scheduling.
After connecting all my account and started to plan my posts, everything worked fine. I then discovered that they made a zapier connector that was in beta back when I bought it so I could get back on my automated set up in question of minutes.
What I love now about socialbee is the number of features packed in just on tool.
There is scheduling which is really well done, but also the ability of managing hashtags collection and even possibility of connecting to a url shortener tool. And there is more than one tool !!
And the magic over that is that you can create workspace enabling you to group social media from your clients with their specific url shortener or hashtag collection !!
For the price, if you have this opportunity jump on. You won't regret it.
I bought 2 codes of this but unfortunately I am about to ask for a refund: half the time what we schedule to post is NOT posted, so it is totally unreliable. I was hoping to use Socialbee to reduce the work and stress, but it has been the opposite: half the time posts are not published on FB, so we have to contantly check if they are published and if not, rush to publish.
When asked about this, their support responded: "We’re experiencing some technical difficulties with posting at the moment, and some of your posts may slip through the cracks. Our team is already aware of this issue and working on fixing it."
But his has been going on for weeks. I was about to refund but I still have a few days before the 60 days limit, so I'm posting this here hoping to grab the attention of Socialbee and see if they can sort things out.
I like this tool i just wish we are able to auto publish to IG directly instead of manual posting. This is very overwhelming with multiple account. Overall this is a great tool.
