I am trying to move away from SocialPilot but there are a few things I am not seeing and wondering if I am missing or perhaps they might come soon: 1. Is there an Inbox coming soon? 2. Do you have a Library? In SocialPilot, I can create posts or hashtag groups, and add Tags to the posts so that we can quickly sort/filter and repost directly from the library. I have hundreds of posts saved here to choose from and for multiple clients. Any chance this might be coming? 3. Will there be a way to sort the Calendar by just 1 specific Account, or event by one specific Group? 4. Will there be a way to sort Reports by just 1 specific Account, or event by one specific Group? 5. When going to create a social post, can I recommend there be a way to filter all of the Accounts by Group (maybe a drop-down)? Looking at all of the account pictures makes me eye go crazy. Or perhaps having it as a list with names rather than pictures? Peoples profile pictures aren't always recognizable by first glance.

    Hello!

    1. Yes, this has been approved, we are committed to building it and here is a preview of the final design: https://youtu.be/3PCea-upf4g?si=4JMqrGbmBLy6Q58f However, it will be at least July. We are going to be adding Meta Threads support and Canva's new integration as soon as it goes live, so that has pushed the inbox back a bit.

    2. We have Hashtag Groups that will be unique for each client, but you'll need to store the posts on a CSV and import for each client to accomplish that. Unless you go with our AgencyPro, which lets you setup your CSV once and everyone who buys the Pricing Plans that you specify will get those posts loaded automatically and it will even apply the Hashtag Groups and Call-to-Action Groups and Watermarks from each client's individual workspace. Sumolings get AgencyPro for $89/mo.

    3. You can do this currently using the 'Category' filter. If you are trying to serve multiple clients inside of one workspace, that's how we recommend managing that. It's better if you can have a separate workspace for each client though.

    4. You can do this currently using the 'Category' filter.

    5. You can do this currently using the Profile Groups feature. You can store unlimited clusters of social profiles and quickly access each client by clicking them in the dropdown list like this: https://share.zight.com/6quo0PGe
