Maybe Good for Some, But Not Exactly What I Needed
I was looking for a social media tool that made it easy to post to just three platforms for now, FB, Insta, and LinkedIn. Sociamonials has that option, and many others, at a good price. However, where it fell down was resizing graphics for each platform. I ended up needing to do that manually, which is where I was hoping to save the most time. This app seems stronger on scheduling and distribution than on graphics. I think I've found other creative tools that will work better and also offer a wider range and better templates.
I also didn't find the interface super-intuitive in terms of scheduling. It just wasn't clear, and I found there was a bit of a learning curve. I shouldn't have had to contact support for instructions.
Finally, there were features I couldn't access without upgrading. I find this annoying once I've paid for it. It just makes me feel like I'm missing out. I also realized I didn't need the contest feature at all, so perhaps this app just isn't a good fit for my purposes at this point.

Great First Experience with Socialmonials
I’ve been trying out Socialmonials for a little while now, and I have to say I really like it. The trial gave me a good feel for how everything works, and so far it’s been smooth and easy to use. This just works for me.
I'm not a big-time marketer or any fancy shmancy internet guy. I have a Substack and I need to promote it across a few platforms--that's all.
I remember Hootsuite from the early Twitter launch days when social media management was becoming a big deal. With that being my only point of reference, it sucked to find out that everything comparable was SaaS. Yuck.
I found Sociomonials and based on the longevity of the company, I took a chance that it would be a fit for me. Turned out that was a good choice.
I have this close to a month and my reports show I've sent out 8 posts. Not bad. As opposed to 8 posts * n # of platforms, I consider this a super time saver.
I'm not an advanced user so things like campaigns, ai writer, share buttons and contacts haven't been touched yet. I've fiddled with them, but I'm not sure I'd need those or what the use case is for them.
I do like the calendar and reports. For me the reports are valuable. I now understand what kind of engagement to expect from certain platforms and what types of content is best suited for each one. It's a lot different from the early days where you blast one message across every site and let the magic happen. It's more surgical because each platform caters to a certain message/medium.
Anyhow, the functions that I use (Publish and Reports) are useful and I don't regret my purchase. Publishing is flexible across media, whether it's images or video, I can drop in any Substack asset, and it looks great and the message comes across clear.
There are some things I still need to figure out, like clickable images, but for now it just-works.
One thing I do remember that I liked from the early Hootsuite days were that you could view and respond to dm's, mentions, replies, etc. I'm not sure you can do this in Sociamonials. If not, it would be a great Wishlist item. As it is, I just open a few tabs to those sites and respond when needed. No biggie.

If I bought a code 6 months ago and today I buy 5 more, can I add them to the same account and benefit from the white lebel, or do I have to create a new account for the codes purchased today?

Apr 21, 2026Yes! You can absolutely do that. No need to create a new account. Just go to Agency Dashboard > Agency Settings > Enter each code one-by-one in the Redemption Code field.
