I diligently monitor all product updates and official communications, so this charge was both unforeseen and inconsistent with my expectations. Could you please clarify why this change occurred? The initial response I received from the AI chatbot did not address my concerns accurately. While I recognize the promotional campaign has concluded, I would appreciate a formal explanation regarding this adjustment.

One of the strongest social media deals I've tested on AppSumo.

I use a lot their bulk import via csv, and it is now flawless. Also the other functions are very useful, it takes quite a bit of work off my shoulders.
Their system is smart and they are keeping the product updated' plus when I had issues, they supported me quickly.
So far, one of the most useful tool I bought on Appsumo, or at least the one that I'm using the most and with more success.

Thank you for trying your best on such difficult situation (X raising costs, especially posts with links), you are one of the good vendors (rarer each day). Just for that I came here to leave this review.

The platform has a lot of bugs, and they never seem to fix them. I sent an email to report the issues and didn’t even get a reply. It feels like a platform run by one person, not by a serious company. Right now, X has stopped allowing posts with links, and they’re asking me to upgrade my plan just to attach them. They don’t have a proper iOS app either; the one they do have is incomplete and works poorly. I do not recommend it.
