Red Flag
I just purchased the Tier 2 offering and right off the back something is amiss. I ran a test report to see the performance of the software. I ran for it to scrape 300 google business profiles and it returned 15 emails. So this is what I don't understand it takes the credits for 300 and only delivers 15???? Should I not be credited back if it only delivered 15 results. I've opened up a ticket and I am willing to update my review. This is my initial experience off the start. This should be more transparent.

For Google Maps scraping, credits are charged per business profile processed: 1 Google Maps profile = 1 credit. The reason is that SocLeads checks each business profile, but not every business has a website, and not every website publicly lists an email address. Because of that, the number of emails found can be lower than the number...
