ZevsMaticQ: Why does Soku Tier 1 require an upgrade to add a second brand when AppSumo includes 3 brands?

I recently purchased License Tier 1 to evaluate Soku across multiple brands.
According to the AppSumo deal page, Tier 1 includes up to 3 brands. However, when I attempt to add a second brand, Soku displays an upgrade prompt requiring a higher-priced subscription.
This contradicts the advertised Tier 1 benefits.
I've also contacted your support team via email regarding this issue and provided screenshots showing the discrepancy.
Could you please clarify:
1. Is this a technical issue affecting AppSumo lifetime accounts?
2. Will all 3 brands be available without additional subscription fees?
3. When can affected accounts expect a resolution?
I would appreciate confirmation that all advertised Tier 1 benefits will be honoured.

Oct 22, 2026A: Hi Marcus, thanks for flagging this, and sorry. It was a bug on our side, not a limit of the deal.
1. Yes, it was technical. Your Tier 1 license was activated on AppSumo but never got attached to the workspace you created during sign-up, so Soku treated that workspace as Free (1 brand).
2. Yes. All Tier 1 benefits are included with no extra subscription: 3 brands, 2 members and the Tier 1 credits.
3. Already done for your account: the license is now attached to your workspace, so a refresh should let you add your second and third brands. I've also replied to your support email.
We found two other buyers in the same state and fixed theirs too, and the sign-up path that caused it is being fixed now. If any other Tier 1 buyer still sees an upgrade prompt for brands 2 or 3, post here and we'll sort it right away.

platform connections and unlimited posts. However, during the Growth Report onboarding, I'm restricted to 3 free platforms, with a prompt to upgrade to Pro to unlock 7 platforms simultaneously?
