1. Different UX (We started building this behind the scenes but AudioPen was an early mover)
2. Ability to add formats for the same transcript without losing one format. You can speak once and generate a "LinkedIn Post" and use "Add Format" feature to add "Twitter Thread" for the same transcript. No need to loose one transcript for the other and no need to speak again.
3. We are working on a Native App behind the scenes to which you will have access to as well if you go for this deal.
1 UX/UI, 1 Backend Developer, 1 Frontend Developer, 1 Social Media / Content Person. I act as a Product Owner / Manager.
Apart from this we also get support from the rest of the team members (whenever needed) in the parent agency "Team Codesign" which is a team of 18 designers/developers/marketers in total.
I hope that answers your questions.
We started this in April but I'd admit we were quite slow in the initial days. We picked up pace after we saw the competition already landed on the web.
A little facepalm moment but I guess we will stick with our vibe to eventually find our tribe 😉.
Thanks for the support.
Q: Can you please explain how the 15-minute of speech limit works?
What if you are recording a meeting that goes for an hour, for example…what happens then? Thanks!
So I wanted to touch base regarding our current audio recording capabilities and share some upcoming plans we've been excitedly working on.
As you rightly said we've set a 15-minute limit on audio recordings within our web tool to ensure smooth management and quality of service, especially for unattended sessions that might otherwise generate unwieldy file sizes. This decision is focused on making sure we deliver the most reliable experience possible.
That said, we recognize the growing need for our services across various platforms and are looking into expanding our horizons. Developing a native application for both iOS and Android is definitely in our pipeline, with a keen focus on enhancing the experience for in-person meetings.
While digital meetings aren't our immediate priority, rest assured that we're closely listening to user feedback, and this could shape our future endeavors—possibly even prompting us to consider a desktop version that facilitates recording online meetings like those on Google Meet and Zoom.
In the meantime, despite the current limitations, you can still utilize our tool to upload any meeting audio recorded from a different app like Voice Notes apps on phones for crisp summary. Upload Limit is of 50 MB as of now.
We always strive to evolve and tailor our services to meet your needs more effectively, so don't hesitate to reach out with any suggestions or insights that could assist us in this journey.
Q: How would you guys compare to AudioPen?

I will answer this with complete honesty 😁.
Yes, we are pretty much on a similar tangent.
But we have a few things that differentiate us
Love the transparency and speed to talk about a worthy competitor :)
Bought - I hope this is good enough for me to sing your praises in a review soon :)
One more question - how many people are on your team? And how long have you guys been developing this tool?
Hey, Great Question again.
So we have a dedicated team of 5 people on this
1 UX/UI, 1 Backend Developer, 1 Frontend Developer, 1 Social Media / Content Person. I act as a Product Owner / Manager.
Apart from this we also get support from the rest of the team members (whenever needed) in the parent agency "Team Codesign" which is a team of 18 designers/developers/marketers in total.
