I need to provide my purchase documentation to verify my lifetime deal status and restore my account privileges immediately. He doesn't reply emails at all. I can't understand it. It's very bad for business. My lifetime deal has vanished and I've been writing to them for months and nothing. I think they thought I was not going to use it because it was dormant. I'm really upset.
