I bought Stackby back in 2020. Now it says I'm on the free plan. So what exactly did I pay for?
When comparing the free plan with the new AppSumo plans it is also confusing:
1. Free plan includes 5 users, but if you pay $109 for the AppSumo deal you get downgraded to 1 user.
2. Free plan includes 100 internal automation runs, but if you pay $109 for AppSumo deal you get...zero.
3. Free plan includes 1 app per stack but you can pay $109 to get zero apps per stack
4. There are features on the Stackby web site that don't seem to appear at all on the AppSumo feature list (2FA) and vice versa (AI MCP connector, Build with AI...)
5. It seems like what should be basic features like exporting to Excel, changing colors and restoring deleted items are now a special offer for $399.
Responses say "email support". Get we get some clarity here?
