Q: How many others have been victim to this fraudulent company?
I keep getting charged, there is no number to call, and my bank has informed me that you have it set up that even if I change my credit card, I'll still get charged. We are making the proper steps to declare these charges as fraudulent. It makes me sad that the consumers are the victims here.
I never signed up for this service and yet continue to have charges made to my credit card. There is no contact number to call. I am very upset by this and frustrated. Is there not a phone number for support?

Hi there. I am on with my bank, and the way that your organization has set this scam up is horrible. I have tried to reach out over email, and my bank is actually now taking me through the process of declaring this organization as fraudulent. A report trail has now been created. If someone could please get back to me, that would be great.
Q: What's the roadmap link?
I want to check the roadmap before I buy, because I need more languages, and buy will depends on how long you guys plan to implement new languages!
Q: Initially planned to get tier -3 but now I'm getting only tier 1.
I cannot use STRIPE, so that's a big issue. Enrollments are anyways less even with tier-3, so sticking with tier-1. Can we know how much is the extra cost for enrollments we do manually??
So we have released a workaround for those who cannot use STRIPE, the new 'request enrollment' feature will allow customers to communicate their intent to buy, and through automations you can link them through to your preferred payment method. E.g. email including Paypal info. In the future when the demand is met, we will happily integrate alternative payment providers too.
