Well, it's easy to use once you get past the quick start guide.
Dislikes
Using a google account to sign in, needs office365 or even just email integration. Had to use my personal gmail account to register/login.
Output is very basic and then requires editing in Google Docs
No option to brand with logo's without editing the output doc.
I understand the need to login with gmail for the drive integration but that can easily be achieved with a normal business email integration.
Overall, I didn't dislike it and it will be perfect for some people, just not me unfortunately.

Got Refund
I did not like this product, and I got a refund after a test run. I have used Tango and Scribe in the past and thought this would provide the output these tools use.
The output was formatted poorly. When you switch tabs, it stops recording your steps.
Maybe I missed something since this was priced right.

Probably you haven’t reloaded the browser after installation, in this case Stepsy would not be able to record in tabs opened before installation of the webbrowser.
Also, poorly formatted - what does it mean? The output is GDocs file with screenshots, so there is a limitation of GDocs platform.

As an agency owner, I must make SOPs for my team. I was so frustrated with the subscription-based Chrome extensions that capture clicks but don't export them to Google Docs. They also have a fixed number of processes you can create depending on the subscription tier and you need to pay more to increase the limits.
Then I came across Stepsy, which is (1) one-time payment for Pro lifetime use, (2) has no limits to the processes you can record, and (3) has the option to automatically export to either Google Docs or HTML!
