App

I have bought this with hopes of using it. When I initially got it I used a different email, to which they did accommodate me by changing the email. In that time, they overloaded my email with the promotional upgrade on the App LTD of which I I paid for the "VISIONARY LTD" through Affirm (they were giving that option rather then pay $500+ upfront). This was on 12/21/24, it is now a new year 1/4/25 and they still have until this day help me get this error straight.

I would cancel the entire deal but I would still be stuck with paying well over $600 for an app that I never got to use. The software itself seems to be pretty good...I did give that part a test run..but the app.... that's another story. They will respond to my emails about the issue maybe once or twice out of a day. That too is a problem because I have spoken with 3 or 4 different people though emails , all to whom keep giving me a run around with no solution to the problem.

All I want is for the product I'm paying for to accessible to me with customer support doing their job fully and not take my money and leave me to hang dry. By the way, I have sent screenshots of every transaction but still no overturn from Streann itself

I am a video content creator, marketing agency, CEO and entrepreneur Sir!! It's part of what I do for a living. Your sarcasm in implying that no one knows about video content, software or anything but you speaks volumes about your customer service. I have shared EVERYTHING that there is to be shared with your staff. It's your job to make sure it's done right and that your customers get what they pay for.

You may be #1 in the App Store but your #0 with customer care. FYI if you or your staff had taken the time to look, you would know that I put videos up just of this purpose.

MyApps is for "real" video creators, you need video content in MyChannel or we can't build an empty App. Hope you understand.

Extremely Disappointing!

The platform feels DOA (Dead on Arrival): It has significant issues right from the start.
Reluctance to leave a negative review: Normally, I avoid writing poor reviews, but the platform’s performance makes it unavoidable.

Not ready to compete: Compared to other platforms like Streamyard, Riverside, and Uscreen, this platform is not yet competitive.

Conducted six tests, all of which failed to go LIVE. (We recorded all of our test, & we have a 2GIG internet connection speed)

Chose a simple platform to test with (Facebook page), but it never connected.

The platform’s backend showed the stream as "LIVE," even though it was not.

There were no error messages or indicators suggesting otherwise.

Sharing the invite link resulted in a black screen with a rotating Streann logo.
The link also included backend studio options, which is inappropriate for viewers only wishing to watch the stream they were invited to.

Recipients of the invite link were prompted to create a half-formed account to sign up for Streann. This is an undesirable feature from a business standpoint.

If someone signs up via the invite link just to watch the Live Stream is there compensation for the referral if they do decide to create an account? But honestly, I don't want anyone that's sent an invite link to even have to consider it, they should just be able to click the link and watch.

Branding is present in invite links, loading pages, and other areas, which is frustrating for professional use.

As the owner of a media company, I have extensive experience with streaming platforms.
I genuinely wanted this platform to work and was willing to purchase the Creator LTD offer.

If the app functioned as marketed, it could easily justify charging 10 times the current price for Tier 3.

However, the platform fails to deliver on even basic promises.

Ensure the app delivers on minimum functionality as promised.
Provide users with the value they paid for.

First, let me clarify that I’m not claiming to be anything special—we do what we do, and we do it well. My clients are more than satisfied with the services we provide, so there’s no need for concern on their behalf.

However, I’d like to suggest you consider hiring a reputation management professional or appointing someone else to handle your public responses. Your emotionally charged tone in addressing honest feedback about your product—both to me and others—is not serving your brand well.

To be clear, I’m not debating or questioning the accolades your product may have received. My issue is straightforward: your platform does not deliver or perform as marketed. I’ve had multiple email exchanges with your team explaining these concerns, and the responses I received were dismissive at best. Instead of addressing the core issues, I was again being sold on other parts of your platform in which I was considering an additional 2K and was asked why I didn't buy —seriously?

Your condescending tone here and in our prior emails has cemented my decision not to proceed further. For context, I’ve purchased over 230 software deals, many at top-tier levels, so I’m no novice. While I’m familiar with RTMP, it’s notable that I’ve never had to rely on it with platforms like Streamyard or Riverside—something you and your team seem to overlook entirely.

What's disappointing is that you claim to be a marketer and don't know how to use RTMP to social media - and only tested 10% of what the platform does. I feel bad for your customers, if you have any.

Improved Platform with Promising Updates

I purchased Tier 2 of the platform in preparation for an upcoming project, expecting it to meet my advanced requirements. Initially, after activating the plan, the service worked as advertised, and Tier 2 features were accessible during the few test runs I conducted. However, when I logged in recently, I discovered that my account had inexplicably reverted to the free plan, stripping me of the features I had paid for.

To address this, I contacted customer support via email. Fortunately, customer support eventually resolved my issue. The platform shows significant promise, with numerous updates and performance improvements implemented since my initial purchase. It is user-friendly, with a minimal learning curve, making it highly accessible and efficient to use.

Streann Studio: A Real Guide from a 5-Hour Daily Streamer

Review: My Experience with Streann Studio (Tier 3)

I’ve been thoroughly testing Streann Studio for several days now, and as someone who works in education and live streams for more than 4-5 hours a day, I needed a platform that can handle heavy usage. Here’s my detailed experience with the program:

1. Live Streaming
The live streaming feature works, but it requires using RTMP. With RTMP, I can connect and add multiple channels for streaming, which works well for my needs. However, the direct connection to social media platforms sometimes works and sometimes doesn’t. Personally, as I primarily work on a computer, I can accept this limitation and will continue using the platform.

2. My Channel and Fee System
For the My Channel feature, the team has informed me that Tier 3 users will only be charged a 10% fee. Although the current fee calculation in the system still shows 20%, they assured me that the actual charge will be 10% when processed. I trust them to resolve this issue soon, even though I haven’t tested it further yet.

3. Customization and Graphics
The platform provides solid customization tools, including graphics, intros, and outros, which are very helpful for my content. This is a feature I find particularly satisfying as it aligns with my professional needs.

4. Guest Invitation
I tested the guest invitation system, and it works flawlessly (via RTMP). I especially appreciate how easy it is for guests to join without the need for lengthy sign-up processes. They only need to provide an email and a code to access the system.

5. Mobile Responsiveness
The responsiveness of the My Channel page on mobile devices needs improvement. At times, logos appear blurry or out of proportion, and some elements aren’t properly aligned. I believe the team will address this issue soon.

6. Custom Domain
This feature is excellent. Setting up my custom domain was straightforward, and I was able to have my custom domain ready in no time.
However, I encountered a technical limitation with SSL. When setting up SSL in Cloudflare, enabling the proxy creates a restriction: while I received SSL for my custom domain, I had to revert to non-custom domain settings for live streaming to function properly.
If the development team could implement internal SSL support, it would greatly improve the experience. Nonetheless, this is a minor inconvenience, and I’m still happy to use the platform.

7. User Guidance and Support
The platform could benefit from better user documentation. I often had to wait for one-on-one responses from the development team to resolve issues. It would be far more efficient if there were updated guides, videos, or resources created by real users to help navigate the platform.

Conclusion
Overall, I’m satisfied with Streann Studio and will continue using it. I see great potential in this platform and appreciate the efforts of the development team. I apologize if I’ve been overly persistent with my questions and feedback—it’s because I genuinely believe in this product and have high expectations for its future.

Good idea, poorly executed

I have tested the software from streann.com and it has many bugs, so this software is not worth the money.
It lacks basic features and is not worth the money per tier. The support is not active... It takes a long time for a video to work and it lacks so many features. It only works with US dollars and is therefore worthless for Europe. Not even the help files are available. A product without heart.
I had bought Tier3 and now asked for a refund.

What basic features? We give you live streaming to channel, video website with multiple templates, pay per view, pay per minute. Obviously if you need it in Euro it's not for you, but to say it's not worth the money, too extreme. About Support: We even answered on Xmas day.
