I have purchased 2 T4 accounts for my 2 brands. Idea of having our own youtube kind of channel is good, product is also good. But glitches, missing features and quite slow support made me to give just 3 stars.

#1. Just applying SSL to my custom domain took 3 long days
#2. White labelling does not work properly. Even after changing all footers, still Streann branding appearing in the footers. Almost from 1 week I trying to explain this to support team, but support team is quite slow in understanding issues, resolving it is really next level for them
#3. No way to change Streann favicon. Pending with support team from more than a week now.
#4. Custom categories are not appearing on videos at all.
#5. There is not way of tracking support tickets, so support team just goes in circle while replying your support emails. They dont even remember what all issues I raised already and again ask 'what is the issue' .. Always gives answer 'Let us check', 'working on it' kind of answers for weeks. Not happy with the way support is given.

I am still on refund period, if above points are not getting addressed timely by support team, will refund this product.

Let's hope for the best. Intention is not to criticize product/support team, but seriously needing improvement please.

I upgraded to Tier3 from Tier1 and had some issues with the process. I reached out and rcvd EXCELLENT support. (Support is big with me and will make or break if I stay with a product). I know people are busy when they do launches/promos so actually I was pleasantly surprised that someone responded so quickly. After confirming all the things (as they should), we got all the things taken care of nice and smooth. Really apprec Team Streann. I will be going thru the tutorials and cant wait to start creating.

I bought it. Here is my opinion about it. I like the clean look on the PC. I need to point out that Mac and Windows computers behave differently. For example, on Windows, my camera is sometimes not recognized with the Elgato Camera Hub connector but on Mac everything is perfect. In general, the invitation with the guest cannot recognize the camera on my laptop, and I don’t have access to the private chat during a live stream as a guest. I can’t download videos of streams afterward from Stream Studio on both Mac and Windows. The video upload size is too small for my taste—I need at least 30 GB to comment on it with a guest. It would be great if we could upload bigger files or mirror them from Gumlet with good quality. I can’t delete chat/comments on videos afterward. The domain somehow doesn’t work properly—Hostinger said everything is fine on my side. The Directors App on Play Store is another issue. Some buttons are unaccessable due displaced UI Recording or livestreaming only shows half of the screen in landscape mode, and you can’t access your videos to organize or schedule a live event. Speaking of scheduling a live event: when you schedule it on the PC and want to start it remotely with a mobile phone at the prepared time, the Stream App doesn’t connect with your—for example—ticketed event. Instead, it starts a free event in an entirely new slot. I’m looking for a meeting with you to solve these problems because I want to make money with it and write a better review. I want to love it, and I know this isn’t the end. Support is friendly thats why i know we can do it.

This has some studio quality interface and organization right from home. Could work well for smaller projects and has some potential to scale a live air gig.

I posted a review earlier and AppSumo denied its posting under the moronic excuse that I had not purchased Streann, which I already had. In the sale of Streann, AppSummo engaged in false advertising; those that purchased this membership need to know. For the Streann membership, it did not list the fact that any member's monetization of their Streann membership would be subject to a considerable commission by Streann. For the customer, it means that a membership is "purchased". And then there are yet additional monies to be paid if the customer is selling their own, independently created content. I privately and directly informed App Sumo that they needed to include that in their product description proactively and honestly for their customers. And, in tandem, I absolutely wanted a refund due to this false advertising and misrepresentation. They chose not to update the description (last I checked, they still had not) and claimed that I was actually not due the refund because I had not identified their own false advertising within the original return period. Lesson? The first thing an AppSumo customer should do is email AppSumo to verify that they are being honest. Then, after making the purchase, review the membership's Terms of Use, Crosscheck it with Appsumo's description. And do it very, very quickly because, apparetly, the issue isn't false advertising. It's that you didn't identify this fact soon enough. It's a great recipe for misleading customers who, otherwise, like this website. And I have been one. But I have also concluded that as much as I like "the deals", honesty, integrity, and client care is priceless.
