I noticed all recent questions have gone unresponded by CS. Even on Reddit. Has anyone successfully done a bank chargeback for this. Agency tier is a lot of money to lose. I would have happily purchased an alternative product. Hopefully Mohammad is never allowed to sell on appsumo again.
Q: Lifetime Deal Broken: Features Removed and Credits Unusable
“Why have key features included in the lifetime deal—such as manual website creation and editing—been removed, and why are my allocated monthly credits (6,250) unusable due to ‘insufficient credits’ errors requiring additional purchases? Can you clarify whether these issues will be resolved and the original deal terms honored?”

I purchased a LTD Highest Top Tier 6 plan of Stunning with unlimited websites!
all of a sudden the whole plan has switched up and is not honored to early adopters from appsumo! i paid $799 for this software and I can't even make 1 website without upgrading to a subscription plan. I started with unlimited credits, unlimited websites, custom domain and whitelabel access. Now I have 0/6250 credits this is crazy and bad business!
I purchased Tier 3 directly in 2024 ($1,000 for 50 sites). My account now shows zero credits and requires payment to create sites. I’ve emailed multiple times and set a response deadline but haven’t received a reply.
It would be helpful for the Stunning team to clearly confirm whether original LTD terms are being honored or if legacy accounts have been converted to a

I can remember that b4 u changed the plan i was able to create multiple sites now i can't even create 1 without upgrading to a paid subscription. a minimum of $25 a month to even make 1 site!
Q: Question for the community (and Stunning team):
I purchased a Tier 3 Lifetime Deal directly from Stunning’s site in 2024 ($1,000), which allowed creating up to 50 websites. When I logged in recently, my account now shows a “legacy Tier 3” plan with zero credits and requires purchasing credits to create a site.
Has anyone else (especially LTD buyers) experienced this? And can the team clarify whether lifetime deals are still being honored as...
Update: I’ve emailed Mohamed multiple times, including a 2/13 deadline, and received no reply. My Tier 3 LTD (2024, 50 sites) now shows zero credits and requires payment to create sites.
Is Stunning honoring original LTD terms for legacy accounts?
It had been a while since I had checked on my website, as I've been doing some other things and the website wasn't really active, but it was set up. Anyhow, I went to check on the website today, and it's telling me that there's an error and I no longer have access to my lifetime deal with Stunning. I'm wondering what happened to the business. Have they canceled the lifetime deals?
