Not working anymore
Hello,
after I bought it I created a page which was not really working in the way I thought it should. So I decided to wait a bit till the AppSumo rush is gone and the tool could fix some bugs and issues.
After I came back my page was simply not usable so I decided to remove it and start over. The decision was mainly made as parts did not work and I thought it could be an issue with this old project.
But after I removed it I got switched to free plan and was no longer able to create and use my paid lifetime version. I talked to the support but it was all complicated as it was never expected from someone to start over. So I now have no lifetime even if I paid for it.

Scammed
I paid $399 for tier 3. I was able to experiment and draft a few sites. The experience was very buggy. Each AI request uses up credits and often does not produce the required outcome. After a hour my credits ran out. So waited until next the month for credits to refresh. Only to find out they pulled the rug and now charge monthly for credits. My LTD is worthless as free users can access the platform in exactly the same way.
CS is unresponsive.

Lifetime Deal Broken: Features Removed and Credits Unusable
I purchased the top-tier lifetime deal for Stunning.so with high expectations, but unfortunately, the experience has been extremely disappointing.
First and foremost, the terms of the deal have not been respected. Features that were previously available—such as the ability to manually create or edit websites—are no longer accessible. The platform now forces users to rely entirely on AI to generate sites, removing flexibility and control that were originally part of the offering.
On top of that, I’m currently allocated 6,250 monthly credits, yet I’m unable to use them as intended. Every time I attempt to create a new website, I receive an “insufficient credits” error and am prompted to purchase more credits. This completely defeats the purpose of having a lifetime deal with included usage.
To make matters worse, I reached out to AppSumo with a detailed explanation of the issues, but they declined to provide any assistance. The lack of support from both the product team and the marketplace has made this situation even more frustrating.
Overall, this has been a complete disappointment. What was promised and what is being delivered are clearly not aligned.

Breach of Trust: Lifetime Deal Terms Not Honored
I invested in the tier 2 Lifetime Deal (LTD) during this product's infancy, effectively funding its development when the platform was still too buggy for professional use. Now that the product is getting matured (and still buggy), the founders have retroactively stripped away the core features and AI credits that were explicitly promised in the original agreement.
To be clear: early adopters are now being asked to pay a monthly subscription for the very features we already purchased upfront. This isn't just a "change in business model" - it is a fundamental breach of trust and a failure to honor a legal sale.
Buying an LTD is an act of faith in a startup's roadmap. By reneging on these terms, the founders have proven they do not value their earliest backers. I cannot recommend a company that views its original contracts as optional.

LTD Not Respected
We bought the highest AppSumo lifetime tier, which included renewing monthly AI credits.
We tested the platform early, but it was not ready for real use. We invested and waited for it to mature, expecting the lifetime benefits to be available when it was ready.
Instead, the company removed the monthly credits and now requires lifetime customers to pay separately for AI usage. This retroactively changes the deal and turns the purchase into a sunk investment!
We have contacted the company multiple times for clarification and a resolution. They have not responded.
Ignoring lifetime customers after changing deal terms is not acceptable.
This completely defeats the purpose of a lifetime deal and breaks trust.
