Appsumo Tier 3 offers 4K video export capabilities. I was using the subtitle merging feature onto the video, and previously I could export up to 1080p. However, now when I try to export, the system shows: Due to resource limitations, online export resolution is limited to 720p. Can it be reverted back to 1080p?
A: The 4K video export is intended for uploading your own 4K videos, not specifically for YouTube videos. If you want to export 4K videos for YouTube, you can download the video with our YouTube Downloader and then upload it to SubEasy.ai. But we may make it easier for you in the next update, stay tuned!
I am an enthusiastic Tier 3 customer. I first transcribe my YouTube videos with SubEasy (including AI correction). Then I upload the SRT file to my YouTube subtitles and edit the subtitles further (line breaks, timestamps, individual phrases, etc.). I would now like to use my SRT file, which I edited in YouTube, in SubEasy again to use the translations or text functions. Unfortunately, I have not yet found an option to upload subtitles as a file (e.g., SRT).
Hi @SumoSprout, others 🖐 I happen to have a few spare Tier 3 accounts .. feel free to ping me at martin@crispies.cz .. and we can hopefully work something out 🤝😊

Q: Is it possible to import subtitles as a file?

Is there such a function, or is one planned?
Thank you.
