Q: Can I upgrade my two existing SubEasy.ai AppSumo licenses from Tier 3 to Tier 4?

Good evening,

In November and December 2024, I purchased two SubEasy.ai Tier 3 licenses for a nonprofit.
Can I upgrade these two from Tier 3 to Tier 4, so that I can use the API?

Thanks a lot, kind regards,
Thomas
