Hi Terry, Thanks for the recent updates! It is almost perfect for creating karaoke videos. I just can't seem to export in 4K though. After clicking the Export button, it only showed 1080p option with PRO icon showing at top right is available along with 720P option. The 4K option is grayed out with UNLIMITED PLAN ICON in the top right. I checked the plans and it listed Tier 3 and above can export video in 4K, so can you check and fix it? Thanks!
