Q: The app would be good,but there are a good few issues to make it avoidable instead of recommended.
No support,literally no support for the users who paid for the license. Unlimited subscriptions equivalent with 100 which is far from unlimited. Basic features are missing and no plans to implement anything from the feature request list (see again 0 support),like no native mobile app in the 21st century is a joke. Subscriptions cannot be cancelled within the app (see again no support) There are better alternatives in the market.
Cant see where i can hold a pdf of all the entries. Having no ability to take away a backup off your system seems pretty useless. Other than that the UX, UI etc is top notch. But even instructions / help, cannot find out how to export the list or pdf it.

A: Hi, no PDF export at the moment (it's planned), but you can export all your data in CSV in your account settings, here's a quick guide for that: https://help.subly.app/account/export-your-data

I can't find where are the servers (many words about if the data has to go outside EU, but no real info I could find).

Not sure why you would even want to store data in the EU now. They aren't as private or ethical about handling your data as people think.
