Customer support is non-existent

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with this product’s customer support and onboarding has been extremely frustrating. As someone who runs multiple businesses and works with many SaaS tools, I understand early‑stage hiccups, but I also expect responsive, accountable support—especially on an AppSumo deal where first impressions matter.

I reached out to Subpage support multiple times, clearly explaining the problem and providing screenshots so they could see exactly what I was seeing. Subpage never responded to any of my messages over the course of 10 days. On top of the lack of support, I also noticed that their website’s security certificate has expired, which is a basic reliability and security red flag for any SaaS product. The only reply I received was from AppSumo support, who did their best, but that doesn’t fix the core problem: the actual product team at Subpage was completely silent. When you’re trying to get up and running with a new tool, a total lack of response from the vendor is unacceptable.

In this case, the lack of clear guidance, poor follow‑through, and failure to resolve a straightforward account/onboarding issue was unacceptable.

If you’re considering this product, be aware that if something goes wrong during setup, you may not get the level of support you need to get up and running quickly.

Because Subpage support never bothered to engage, acknowledge the issue, or offer any kind of solution, We requested a refund and will be moving on to another tool. If reliable and responsive support matters to you, I would strongly reconsider before purchasing.

Horrible Customer Service

Think twice before buying this deal until they fix some internal things. While the platform is good, the customer service is HORRIBLE! I have been waiting a month for them to resolve an issue with my code. I purchased the copy over a year ago, and somehow my account is now on a free plan. MYSELF and APPSUMO, have repeatedly reached out to them to resolve the issue. They have been radio silent! I even thought of buying more codes, but I can't with this level of service.

Update: I am unsure what George is referring to with different email addresses. They finally got back to us but mapped the account to the PRO Plan, when the deal clearly states they are mapped to the premium plan. I've emailed them again to correct the issue. We'll see how long this takes.

Customer Service?

Purchased a tier 1 to test things out.. liked what I saw, went back to and purchased another to upgrade to tier 2 and found that you had to send an email over with a code so that your account could be upgraded. Have your hear from anyone nor has my account been upgraded on yet after 4 days. Please assist! Thanks!

I'm an unhappy customer. Had big problems to activate my account.

It might be a great product, but I won't be using it and will be asking for a refund.
Can't comment on the actual product; I refuse to use it after what I went through.
Service is 1 taco, or 2 max.
I couldn't activate the product, and it took them almost 10 days to reply. Absolutely unacceptable.
I don't even want to think about what will happen when I commit further and don't refund now. If I get a problem, I will have to wait weeks. Sorry, not for me. REFUNDING!
