Since the platform gives the option to change the display name, this setting should go global. Meaning the display name should be the same on the messages, chats, email templates. Can you fix that please?
The description says SD can do email marketing and SMS. But somewhere I read that the SMS is done through a third party integration. Is that also the case with the email marketing? If it's built in, is the email marketing feature rich?
