As a part of the Official Reseller Program, you are required to maintain ONE retail-priced SuiteDash Pinnacle license at all times (this account serves as your Official Reseller account, and is necessary so that we can grant access to the Reseller Dashboard). You are permitted to use an account that you created using AppSumo codes to satisfy this requirement - it doesn't matter if you only redeem one code in that account or 10 codes. But, you are NOT able to use AppSumo codes to establish child accounts that are managed via the Official Reseller Program.

Within the Official Reseller Program, you are given access to the Reseller Dashboard. From there you can create Child Accounts and use Reseller Profiles - but again, you can't use AppSumo codes to create Child Accounts within this framework - you are required to pay a discounted monthly rate to SuiteDash, and then you make your money on the markup between what you charge your end-user clients and what you pay to SuiteDash.
