Q: Client "portal" vs "CRM"
Hello Mike,
This seems like a very interesting offer, but from what I’ve seen, there is a steep learning curve. Before I invest my time in learning it, I wanted to make sure the platform can support my needs, as I couldn’t find direct answers.
I have multiple clients, some with CRMs (Salesforce, for example) and some without.
In all scenarios, I want my clients to log in using something like app.mydomain.com, which I saw you support.
However, I do not want to resell or allow them to access a client-branded CRM/Portal.
Primarily, I want each client to log in to their "portal/CRM/workspace/circle" (or whatever we’re going to call it).
In that space, I want to share with them:
Marketing reports (which can come from other systems) – do you support iframes? other solution?

Sep 5, 2024A: Hi there,
1. Yes, we support iFrames
2. You would be best off using our Files Toolkit, but for OneDrive, yes you could easily set up a Custom Field and use that to deliver bespoke links to each individual Client. (via data placeholder)
3. Yes, definitely possible - could be Projects yes, or you could employ the Secure Messaging Toolkit.
4. This is a little more tricky... What you're getting is a single CRM, not multiple CRMs for each of your customers. Difficult to give you a perfect answer as I'm not sure exactly how your business runs, but as of now I can't think of a way where you can collect leads into your single CRM and then somehow segment them and show them in a segmented way to specific clients. SuiteDash is not a multilevel framework in that way.
Hope that helps!
Thanks,
Mike

2. Access their files - we now use Onedrive- can we sych those files or just show links to them?
3. Manage client communication- I guess this will be under "projects"
4. Most important: ideally show them their own leads coming from their own website/s forms or other channels. We can either replace current forms or if you have some kinf of pixel soution with mapping it will be better.
*Do you have a pixel to implement on external websites to track user history before they submit a form?
*if I can show clients these leads- will they be able to manage them like in a CRM or "view only"?
*if yes- do these clients count as internal users?
*Is the way to do that is via "circles"? other? Do you have guide to do something like this?
Apprecaite your answers! Thank you :)
So IFrames...? Does this allow one to add custom sidebar menu options that open other software or websites inside the platform to view as if it were all part of this software. For instance under CRM in the sidebar menu. Could I create a Marketplace menu selection that opens a fully fuctional fiverr like website inside the right side view box?
Or any other web portal to other products or services?
In every case always staying inside this platforms window. Not opening a new pop up window or browser defeating my purpose.
Yes, you can create a Portal Page and then a new Menu item using Custom Menus. RE: iFrames, you should know that not every website "allows" itself to be iFramed, and this is beyond our control. Please see here: https://iframetester.com/?url=https://google.com so you should check anything you want to iFrame using this tool. They are blocking, not us.
Thank you fo ryour answers Mike.
About #4 and clietns in general- could you explain how a client loginto the system? what can they see and do? I understnad they are *not* counted as users, right?
Can I limit what they see? can I show them only come "circles"? isn't that a segmentation of leads?
You did not answer my tracking pixel qustion- do you have any? what is its functionality?
Thx!
"how a client log into the system? what can they see and do?" Really sorry, but this is truly unanswerable because it's such a broad question. This is better done via our videos that were built to relay this information.

We do not offer a tracking pixel functionality other than in Email Marketing where we track opens/clicks if allowed.
there is an error in this youtube link.
What I tried to ask- if clients are counted as user or not? Can i decide on which leads they can see?

To assign visibility to Leads/Prospects/Clients, you have the option of using the Salesperson Visibility feature. Here's the Docs link: https://help.suitedash.com/article/421-claiming-a-contact
