shaeleneQ: Does this SuiteDash deal on AppSumo include the "pinnacle plan" meaning includes the Learning Mgmt System to host courses?
I saw it says all PP updates - but it was unclear to me if we get the LMS out of the gate with this deal posted on 2/22/23.
2nd Question - is the LMS able to automatically send completion certificates to students who complete a course? For example - Continuing Ed certificates.

The deal here is for the features contained in the Pinnacle Plan. Yes, that includes the LMS feature as indicated on our Pricing page.
No matter how many AppSumo codes you purchase, you are buying the features/functionality of the Pinnacle level license. The exception is that you will be limited in the # of allowed Staff and the File Storage Quota, and that limit in any one account is based on the # of AppSumo codes you redeem into that account.
In addition, you won't be eligible for the complimentary Wizarding Sessions that are offered to our retail customers.
You are able to use Document Templates to pre-create certificates and then trigger that Template to generate that Document for the Target via an Automation.

A few more questions -
1.) Suite Dash allows for paid Membership Areas where certain clients who paid for access to a course have their own login to a private course space, etc?
2.) So if we purchase 2 codes to try this with 2 different businesses, for example - we can apply 1 Pinnacle Tier to each business?
3.)How do the 60 days refunds work on this deal? Just back to the payment method?
4.) In some reviews, clients have said it's like Word Press, which is heavy on the backend customization IMO, and less user friendly interface. Would you say that is accurate? We don't have anyone who codes or has any heavy background with website creation, etc. We have intermediate squarespace & WP knowledge at best.
