Q: E-mailed 20+ hours ago to sales, please help.

I am looking at your level 10 on app sumo.. Is there anyone that I could speak with in your sales? Was my question asked.

Does your site replace the mini course generator that is being offered on app sumo. Can I sell the services from the LMS page that you have by single items and/ or collections? Do you have a community function that I can build various communities in that area to help me drive sales with my clients? Is there a way to track the data analytics is the various usages. App sumo sells Rybbit? Does it integrate? How does your product compare to FlowyTeam? What app sumos products can I incorporate with your product? Waldium, youbooks? Luna cal? I also have Pabbly. I am trying to save money and integrate coaching services, eLMS and sell books and help others write their books.Does your program integrate into Shopify? TY

I'll do my best to address your questions:

**Sales Contact:** We don't offer live chat or phone support, and I'm happy to explain our perspective. Supporting software over the phone or in a live chat is not efficient for the type of technical support we offer, nor does it give us time to address your concerns with the data you provide. We appreciate when customers take the time to write an email (which you did, so thanks) or record a screencast video, which also encourages you to organize your thoughts and include the necessary details. That gives us time to research, really think about your issue and get back to you with a complete and well-researched answer. Also, focusing on email support allows us to efficiently serve our customers while keeping costs down, which is part of the reason we are able to offer our plans at such great prices.

**Mini Course Generator / LMS:** SuiteDash has a full LMS (Learning Management System) where you can create courses, modules, and lessons. You can sell access to courses using Landing Pages + Checkout Forms + Automations to grant access upon payment. You can sell individual items or bundle them however you like. Not familiar with the product your referenced, so I can't say it "replaces" because I'm sure they have some focused features that maybe we don't yet offer.

**Community Function:** Yes, we have a COMMUNITY Power-Up that allows you to build community spaces with posts, discussions, and live chat. It's not included in the base AppSumo deal but can be added for $15/mo (early-bird pricing).

**Data Analytics:** Reporting is coming soon and the number of reports available will grow over time, but I wouldn't recommend making a purchasing decision based on that being a piece that will work for you needs.

**Integrations:** We have API and Webhooks available, plus Zapier connectivity. I'm not familiar with all the specific AppSumo products you mentioned, so I can't speak to each one. If they connect via Zapier or have an API, there may be possibilities. Pabbly Connect does work with SuiteDash.

**Shopify:** We don't have a native Shopify integration.

**Comparisons:** Sorry, but we're not able to make comparisons with other apps as we don't watch or keep track of other apps.

I'd recommend starting a 14-day Free Trial, and that trial will get you temporary access to the VIP Power-Up, which will get you access to our Live Support Sessions. You can use that channel to ask your questions in a live environment.

Mike, so I took the plunge after trying the initial free service as you advised me to do. I sent a e-mail to your customer service and annotated it as high pri. Additionally, wrote a ticket in the system requesting support. I need help stacking my 10 codes as soon as possible. I am writing you here becasue I tried two other alternatives in advance. I will say, this has me concerned.

We have thousands of customers, and during a campaign like AppSumo, the volume increases fairly significantly. We serve each one of our customers in the same way with the same urgency, which means your request is handled just like everyone else's - in a methodical and organized way....

Depending on the complexity of a question, it may need to be elevated to different team members, and these types of responses can take longer because of the way they need to work through our system. More complex requests require more careful crafting....
