Q: Hi, does it support all currencies?
And can you integrate a payment gateway for a new currency (Nigerian Naira)?
Is there Recurring billing for clients?

We support any currency in our system, but just to be clear, it's up to you to be sure that the payment gateway that you configure will support the currency in your account. Typically, if your payment gateway account is not based in the currency that you define in the invoice, a Gateway like Stripe will do an auto conversion during the checkout and deliver it to you in the currency associated with your Stripe account.
So, this is usually not a problem, I just want to make sure that you're aware of how it works. We are not able to make guarantees about how the payment gateway will work, but we just passed the currency to them in the transaction, and they take it from there.
Sorry, no we are not able to integrate gateways on demand. We support the most common gateways and are looking to add more in the future.
But, we do have a plan to achieve a nearly universal coverage of worldwide gateways.
The concept is to develop a "connector" SDK and documentation that will allow any developer to build a gateway and submit it for approval. After a code review, we will make that option available to the public.
The gateways you mention are very popular, so they have a chance of being developed by our team, but we'll never be able to cover the many gateways that exist in smaller countries/markets around the world. But, using the "open-source" approach described above, we'll be able to add many more gateways by either contracting with developers who specialize in specific gateways or by Community-submitted gateways that customers develop (or pay to have developed because they need it).
I realize this answer doesn't help you now, but I just wanted to give you some insight.

Manual yes.
You can even insert your own 3rd party payment links.
