1. Must have the pinnacle account (this is $99 a month)
2. For each new client we add (resell/whitelabel under our brand) its $69 a month per client
3. Is there an option to have an unlimited plan to resell to clients (on top of the $99 pinnacle plan)
4. Any other charges (other than the usage sms/phone charges)

Jan 22, 2025A: Hi there, I will answer by the numbers, but first a baseline:
The references to "reselling" made here on the AppSumo deal page are just describing how you can use codes in clever ways to profit from them in the future - we have even created some tools to make this easier (Free-up codes, etc.) BUT, this is not the same as our Official Reseller Program.
On the other hand, as a part of the Official Reseller Program, you are required to maintain ONE retail-priced SuiteDash Pinnacle license at all times (this account serves as your Official Reseller account, and is necessary so that we can grant access to the Reseller Dashboard). You are permitted to use an account that you created using AppSumo codes to satisfy this requirement - it doesn't matter if you only redeem one code in that account or 10 codes. But, you are not able to use AppSumo codes to establish child accounts that are managed via the Official Reseller Program.
Within the Official Reseller Program, you are given access to the Reseller Dashboard. From there you can create Child Accounts and use Reseller Profiles - but again, you can't use AppSumo codes to create Child Accounts within this framework - you are required to pay a discounted monthly rate to SuiteDash, and then you make your money on the markup between what you charge your end-user clients and what you pay to SuiteDash.

1. Yes, you must have a Pinnacle account, but you are permitted to use an account that you created using AppSumo codes to satisfy this requirement - it doesn't matter if you only redeem one code in that account or 10 codes. So, no you don't necessarily have to pay a continuing $99/month for the Reseller Parent account.
2. The price you pay monthly per Reseller Child depends on which pricing tier and which Power-Ups you enable in their account. Please see the documentation links provided above.
3. No, there is no option for unlimited. Please understand that this would be a very bad business decision as it would open the door for a savvy Reseller (or hundreds of them) to sell our product for free and keep all the income. Sorry, that can't happen, and won't happen.
4. There would be no other charges except service subscription type charges as you indicate for usage related items such as SMS/video hosting, etc.
