Q: Hi team, I bought VBOUT last month here on Appsumo (as an alternative to ActiveCampaign) but haven't been able to use it yet.
VBOUT claims to be a soft CRM too. I'd like to know (1) how does SuiteDash compare to VBOUT please, particularly for its ability to create email marketing, automations and funnels; lead scoring, etc.?
(2) For the LMS section. Does SD support video streaming, or is that done via third-party (Vimeo, YT, etc.)?
(3) Could you have different levels for the LMS, one internal for your own team, and the other to sell courses to customers/clients?
(4) Is Zapier your only tool for integrations, or do you also have others that have come through AppSumo, such as Konnectzit?

1. Sorry, but we're not able to make comparisons with other apps as we don't watch or keep track of other apps. It just wouldn't be worth trying as, by definition, it would be uninformed.
2. Video streaming is via third-party only for now.
3. Yes, definitely!
4. Here is a snippet from a recent update to our email list: "Another feature that has long been in the planning phase is the Public API and Webhooks infrastructure. The first major step has been completed, and we'll be releasing the first iteration very soon - this iteration will include the ability to GET and POST data for CRM Contacts. After the first release, we'll be looking to expand the capabilities of the API / Webhooks with the goal of covering the primary platform functionality by the end of 2023. As always, we'll be looking to the Community to help us prioritize this work, and to do that, we've set up a completely separate VOTE board (link below) so that every single SuiteMate can make their priorities known. We'll use the results of this voting to help prioritize the development of the API / Webhooks.
