Q: Hi, what is email marketing toolkit and what's included in that kit?

What is the difference between the email marketing toolkit and the "Deliverability Power-Up" which your site is offering as an add-on?

Since the "Deliverability Power-Up" only enables us to send 10K emails per month, what's the sending limit without the power-up?

A: Hi MyWorkDesk,

Happy to help!

Let's start by clarifying that the Marketing Toolkit is an entire set of features that you 100% will have access to when you purchase this deal, while the Deliverability Power-Up is an additional, optional service that some customers decide to use because it simplifies their lives. I'll explain further.

1. Please watch this video (the link is time-coded to go to the exact relevant place) to understand the difference between transactional emails and marketing emails: https://youtu.be/exBcumzam44?t=1412

2. To be very clear, we provide all the tools you need to White Label and send transactional emails for no cost - these are included with every SuiteDash account. But, in the Marketing Toolkit, where there is the possibility to send thousands, or tens of thousands of emails, our approach is to provide you with all the sending "machinery", but we let you set up your own "sending pipe" so that you can use the sending service of your choice. Sending mass quantities of email does have a cost, and it requires a great deal of expertise along with trusted relationships with the ESPs, who are in control of what lands in the Inbox and what lands in the spam box. Sendgrid, Mailgun, Amazon SES, etc. all exist in the market for this exact purpose.

If you only need to send a few hundred emails via the Marketing Toolkit, then you can typically set it up via Google or Microsoft integration for no cost, but if you need to send thousands of emails, then you will need to choose one of the paid services in the market, and connect them to the SuiteDash Marketing Toolkit. Or, if you want to just use our pre-built service, then that's when you would consider paying for the Deliverability Power-Up. The video above explains all of this very well.

Hope that helps!

Thanks,

Mike
