Q: how does the company decide when to deepen and complete a module versus continuing to expand into new features?

SuiteDash has many promising modules (LMS, CRM, Finance), but several of them feel permanently unfinished.

The LMS works for content delivery, but lacks core elements such as exams, certified assessments, grading rules, and real learning management. The CRM and financial modules have had key features on the roadmap for years without clear delivery timelines.

My question is: how does the company decide when to deepen and complete a module versus continuing to expand into new features?

Is there a strategic shift planned toward finishing and maturing existing core modules rather than adding more partially implemented ones?

A: Hi Flavio,

This is a fair question and I'm happy to address it directly.

Our development strategy has always been deliberate: build horizontally first (a wide toolkit of integrated features), then go vertical (deepening each area beyond the basics). We're an all-in-one platform, which means we can expand in dozens of different directions - and each of those areas brings value to different portions of our customer base. We listen to the Community and prioritize based on what brings the most value to the most people.

**On LMS specifically:** Our LMS is designed for businesses - creating products for sale or value-adds that support the services you provide to customers and clients. It exists to help businesses and organizations make more money and profit. It's not built around the academic model with SCORM standards, certified assessments, and traditional grading systems. If that's what you need, we may not be the right fit.

That said, we do have Quiz/Survey functionality in the final stages of development, and I think you'll be very happy with how it's turned out.

Thanks for the direct question.

Thanks,

Mike
