If I stack codes (one-time fee) then I can resell to my client and charge a monthly fee but the reseller program is a monthly fee per client? Am I understanding this correctly? I am an Agency and I manage my client customers', so which method would be best.

Yes, you're understanding correctly.
The Reseller Program with pre-existing before this AppSumo campaign, and yes it is a wholesale monthly fee for each customer that you add, and then you are able to make a profit by charging them higher than the wholesale monthly fee. We place no restrictions on what you charge them for month.
Which relation to AppSumo, we anticipated that agencies would want to buy extra codes and use them to resell to their clients either for a one-time fee, or as a monthly fee. To make this easier, we created several tools to make this possible. Using this route, however we'll have an end of life type event in that we will close the window for new accounts to be created using AppSumo codes on July 1st 2021.
After that, you are welcome to join the official reseller program, and continue building recurring income, but in that scenario you would be paying the monthly fee for each customer according to the policies of the Reseller Program.

Wait. What? I bought multiple codes because I was planning on using these to sell to my clients for a business I haven't started yet. Hoping to get started by the end of the year. There was no mention of a deadline in the Pinned post when I purchased these codes. If I redeem my codes within the 60 day window using the email hack mentioned, are you saying I cannot sell them to my clients (by changing the email address) after July 2021?!
If I'm misunderstanding, please accept my apology and clarify. I am really stressed right now thinking you just added a dedline when there was none before.

The deadline is only for redeeming codes to create new SuiteDash accounts.
If you redeem them before then, everything is fine.
We extended our deadline far past what is recommended by AppSumo, so the date is a feature, not a bug :)
You do see that it's 2021, which is an entire year from now?
