I think you misunderstand the functionalities a bit, which is completely understandable when you're just getting to know SuiteDash..

No problem :) I'll do my best to make everything clear.

BOTTOM LINE: You don't need the PLUS bundle to collect/store credit card payment information, and you don't need the PRIME Bundle to use eSignatures. See below.

RE: Collecting stored credit card information > With every SuiteDash account (no Power-Up needed), you can collect Credit Card info and use that stored card to satisfy invoices - but, you can never see the entire card # because we tokenize it immediately for security, and neither us, or you can ever see that entire card number again (PCI Compliance)

The PLUS Bundle Power-Up includes what is known as Credit Card Vaulting, which is the ability to collect the card information AND have the ability to retrieve and view the entire card number later. This is a fairly industry-specific functionality that is needed primarily in the travel industry. In that industry, they request that card information from the customer, and then when they are making reservations on behalf of the customer - over the phone usually - they need to retrieve that card number, expiration and CVV in order to give it out over the phone and purchase travel on behalf of their customer. The Credit Card Vault functionality gives them a secure way to do this, and be able to specify which members of their staff are authorized to retrieve a client's credit card information. This is completely different than what is described above, and typically would not be needed by most businesses.

RE: eSignature > With every SuiteDash account (no Power-Up needed), you'll have the ability to create Dynamic Documents ready for eSigning using our Block Editor. This has many advantages as it can use Dynamic Data Placeholders and even include/exclude sections of the Document based on a Contact's Circle affiliation.

The PRIME Bundle Power-Up gives you the ability to ALSO use an existing PDF as the starting point of your eSigning workflow, whether that be one-off or creating and using a PDF-based Template in your Automations.

The top option is available without the PRIME Bundle, the PDF option is only available with the PRIME Bundle.

So, as you can see, Power-Ups are not an attempt to "nickel and dime" customers for mainstream functionality. Power-Ups exist because not everyone needs the advanced functionality they contain, so the idea is that they can be added only if you need them, and this allows us to provide the most affordable pricing for our core Pricing Plans, and these features are sufficient for many small businesses.

You'll find that we do our dead-level best to come down on the "more than fair" side as it relates to pricing, costs, etc. We have always allowed the grandfathering of prices when prices go up, etc. Our entire business model is designed to keep the prices as low as possible because our core target market is SMBs (Small/Medium Businesses). We understand that costs are critical, and reducing your costs is one of our primary goals.

Yes, we have to generate revenue and build the company but rest assured, we are playing the long game, and part of that long-term strategy is to grow our Community, build trust with our Community, and develop the platform in partnership with the Community. And, as we are in a symbiotic relationship, it's in the Community's best interest that we remain profitable, continue to grow, and continue to realize the advantages of scale.
