Q: I'm ready to purchase but have 2 questions: 1.

Does that calendar allow for color coding for different types of appointments. In Google Calendar, I have multiple calendars set up depending on the type of appointment. Example: When someone books a call with me, it shows up bright pink in my monthly view (which is what I always use) - this way I easily see it. Other items, personal vs business, are different colors. I block time out of my schedule to work on projects and that is a different color as well.

2. I'm a one man show with a few contractors. If I purchase the $79 plan now and want to upgrade within a week or two, what is the cost?

3. I use Cognito Forms for a lot of my questions to clients. They are very customizable. Does this have a forms plug in?? I'm trying to find research this now.
Thanks!

I'll be on the webinar

Hi adam1963,

No, sorry we don't have those color differentiators at this point. The appointment scheduling tool is still in its first iteration, but I have made a note just now to allow for that in the second iteration.

2. If you look in the deal details, we offer a post campaign upgrade option. That will be your best bet

3. SuiteDash does have ability to build forms yes, but in most circumstances a dedicated form Builder tool has a few more options than we are currently supporting. We do plan to extend and enhance the Form Builder options at every step along the way.

Hope that helps, see you at the webinar!

Thanks for the speedy reply. I'm going to still give it a shot and purchase it. One more question... the calendar is probably one of the most important aspects. Does it allow me to still use Google Calendar to book appointments and then they show up in SuiteDash? Is it a two-way sync?

No 2-way sync at the moment. The Google Calendar integration was existing before the Appointments tookit was developed. It was just meant to show events/tasks from SuiteDash on your Google Calendar.

Now that the first iteration of Appointments is on Live and stable.... yes one of the next steps for the 2nd iterations would be to add the 2-way sync, and then be able to read that Calendar in order to block out any time slots that conflict with events on that calendar.

This is exactly where we're going, but you're right that it's not there yet.

Thanks for validating this direction
